It all started with an email. After reading an article about the Affordable Care Act, co-founder Steve Zuckerman was intrigued by the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) as a way to improve care for patients and financial performance for providers. He emailed his brother, Dr. Averel Snyder, to validate his theory that software could enhance the AWV and the utilization of other Preventive Services. Dr. Snyder agreed that it was worth exploring and Vatica Health was born.
